Pakistan wins "International team of the year" award at the CEAT Cricket Awards 2011-12. Award was received by Pakistan former Captain Wasim Akram. Former Pakistan captain Zaheer Abbas was selected for the lifetime award. Pakistan former captain and legendary player Inzamam-ul-Haq also got the award for the best One Day International Batsman while Indian former player Sunil Gavaskar got the best Test batsman, Kapil Dev honored with best Test bowler and Wasim AKram got the award of the Best ODI bowler.
