Wasim hails Bangladesh’s decision to tour Pakistan


Legendary Fast bowler and former Captain of Pakistan Wasim Akram hailed Bangladesh decision to tour Pakistan and he said that it was very important step for the reviving of International Cricket in the country.

On Monday Bangladesh Cricket Board has agreed to tour Pakistan to revive International Cricket in Pakistan, which has been suspended after militant attacks on the Srilankan team bus in Lahore in March 2009.

Spokesman of Bangladesh Cricket Board Jalal Yunus to to AFP in Dhata that Pakistan had requested a one-day international and a Twenty20 match and it will be played in Lahore on the start of January. “It’s a welcome decision and I hope that the tour takes place as agreed because Pakistan badly needs international cricket and one series will convince other countries to tour,” AFP quoated as saying.

Wasim Akram said that there is a time that Pakistan needs international cricket  and he also said that the peoples of Pakistan are very peacefull and they love Cricket. Pakistan top Test Wicket taker Wasim Akram said that Pakistan made many improvements in security system and the security system of Pakistan is improving very quickly. He also said that if we make better arrangements for the Bangladesh series then other team will also visit Pakistan and definately the International Cricket will revive in Pakistan.
